Secure Messaging

From time-to-time your doctor or the administrative staff, may want to contact you through electronic communications. Because the privacy of your personal medical information is important to us, we use a special, encrypted messaging system to communicate with patients. The system that we use is called Medeo. 

You will need to create an account in order to access messages in Medeo. This is the same system that we use for online booking, you only need one login to access both the messaging and the booking systems. Use the button below to create your account.

When a Medeo message is sent to you, you will receive a notification via e-mail. The sender of the email will be “Medeo”. To see the message, open the email and click on “View Message”. You will need to create an account (only if you have not already done so) and log in to view your message.  You can also access your Medeo messages by using the button below and signing in.
