We encourage patients to use our online booking system to request regular 15 minute appointments. If you do not see any availability for a day or time that you prefer, please call our office. We also open up booking slots every day for urgent concerns that can only be booked by phone.
Longer appointments such as periodic health reviews (physicals), diabetes visits, and well-child visits can ONLY be booked by phone. Please call (416) 285-3323.

Each of our physicians sees patients in the office for three full days per week:
Dr. Timothy Li: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
Dr. Elah Nadel: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Dr. Maya Nadel: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Dr. Orli Nadel: Mondays and Thursdays
Dr. Eric Stutz: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
At least one registered nurse is working full days, every weekday.
Every weekday, one of our clinic’s family physicians is assigned to see patients with urgent medical concerns on behalf of doctors who do not have clinic that day. If you have an urgent medical concern, we will do our best to accommodate an appointment for you during our regular clinic hours.
Our office uses a system for scheduling appointments that is called advanced access.
With advanced access, patients wishing to book an appointment generally have two options:
1) An appointment for the afternoon on the same day that they are booking. Same day appointments can be booked by phone starting at 8:45am that day.
2) A morning appointment on a future day. These pre-bookable slots can be booked online or by phone.
A limited number of slots are available for pre-booking in the afternoons. However, most afternoon appointments can only be booked on the same day. This means that if all of the morning slots have been booked for the date you are requesting, you will be asked to call in the morning of that day to book a same-day appointment. Advanced access allows patients with urgent concerns to be seen sooner!
Medeo is a web service that connects directly to our office scheduling system. To book appointments online, patients will need to create an account with Medeo. This is the same system that we use for electronic communications, you only need one login to access both the messaging and the booking systems.
When you go to the Medeo website, the process for requesting an appointment is easy and work as follows:
1) Select your physician.
2) Select the appointment type. Only 15 minute appointments can be made online.
3) Select the date and time you are requesting.
4) Indicate the reason for the appointment.
5) Either create a new account by filling in the patient information or, if you have already created an account, click “sign-in” and log in to submit your appointment request.
